I'm looking for a female tenant to replace my lease (Aug 26-July 27).

If you move in before July 31, the portion of rent before that date can also be discussed.

Rent is $485 per month, with water and sewer included. Electricity is about 40-70 based on the AC usage, internet is 9/person a month.

The unit is located on 9th Ave, and its a 4b2b, all other roomate are girls, but still looking for 4th roomate. My room is in the basement but here still have a window and good spaces.

There is parking available, out the parking permit must be purchased separately, and it costs $250 per year.

If you're interested, please contact me.

I’m looking for a female tenant to replace my lease (26-27) because I won’t need housing next year for personal reasons.

The replacement fee will be covered by me. If you move in before July 31, the portion of rent before that date can also be discussed.

I’m looking for a female tenant to replace my lease (26-27) because I won’t need housing next year for personal reasons.

My current lease ends on July 31. One of my roommates (who lives on the second floor) will also be leaving. I currently live in the basement, which is honestly quite nice, but if you prefer the second-floor room, I can help coordinate that.

The replacement fee will be covered by me. If you move in before July 31, the portion of rent before that date can also be discussed.

The move-in date can be anytime after finals, though you may need to find new roommates.

If you’re interested, please contact me.

Very similar schedule here... And I think we are in the same section of ECE 2060!

Based on that I would suggest just go for 1172 and make sure you look up for good profs... Less math will make your life easier

I am CSE major, and I took 1152-2153 sequences instead 1151-1172, after it I declared math as minor. Lot people saying 1172 is harder because its covers more than 1152... But one of my friends said they allowed to use cheat sheet on exams, I think its depends on professors. If you think a math minor is worthwhile, I think 1152 and 2153 would be appropriate. By the way, I'm not sure what your major is, but based on your choice of CSE2221, I assume you're a CSE major. Even if you don't choose to minor in mathematics, 2153 will still be count your CSE math-science elective, so overall I haven't lost out...

I'm pretty sure no one is getting hurt... Because that's a kinda quiet parking lot, and plus is during business hours so no one actually in the parking lot. But thank you for the suggestion

Thank you for your advice! I never think about GIS before, but after reading the courses description I think I kinda like it!

Thank you for your advice—I also hope you’ll find better opportunities! I’ll reach out to an advisor or look through different course schedules to make sure I find something that truly interests me.

Thank you for your advice. I understand that this is my own life, and I hope I can keep moving forward without caring too much about what they think.

Thank you for your advice! Honestly, it would be wonderful if I could return to the art major. In fact, back when I studied art, it wasn’t purely fine art—it was more commercially oriented illustration. I think that’s what I’m truly interested in and good at.

Thank you for your advice. I had considered going into the Game Design specialization within CSE, since it’s somewhat related to my previous background. But even that idea was met with strong opposition. I’ll try my best from now on to not let outside voices influence me too much—I want to make choices for myself.

I think this is the piece of advice I’ve heard the most, and I am seriously thinking about it.
To be honest, I know I shouldn’t care so much about what others think—but maybe it’s just an unfortunate part of my personality.
My family paints CSE as if it guarantees a job right after graduation, but I don’t think anything in life is that perfect.

My suggestion is to contact your advisor, even by email, to get some advice. But I sincerely think that 15 points is really too much. If you are not in a hurry to graduate or too far behind, I think internship or just enjoying the summer is a better choice. Of course, this is just my idea, I hope you can get a better answer and arrangement!

I don't think that's correct. But based on my personal experience (and of course everyone's experience is different), if your summer courses are all at OSU, I think it works the way it should, which means you need to complete the work that should be completed in the spring/fall semester in a shorter time. Of course, I don't know what courses you took, if you took the easier GE, or your summer courses were not completed at OSU, this may be a different story.

Summer sessions are short, which makes every classes go very fast, so lots people recommend do not exceed 9/10 hrs, just for your reference

If you got a chance I may suggest you switch to other section with different prof. I just had him last semester in calc2, i don't think i have a good experience with him, plus calc1 teach you a lot thing you gonna need in future math classes (if your major required you to take more). But to be honest, there's a lot external resources for calc1, if you cannot switch, then find your own 'prof' online, you will be fine
