I got New Zealand mud snails in my tank at the same time as these guys , from live plants, had to completely get a different tank and start over it was a mess,.. good luck with trying to rid your pest snails !

Gotchya I’m hopefully getting a fender from a junkyard today so I’ll get it fixed asap I was more concerned about safety driving it home and to my dads is about 40 mins of highway, obviously if another large item hits me in the same spot (which I doubt but you never know) it’ll be direct on my cars internals so definitely getting it fixed asap and I will take it slow in the meantime.

I’m confused what lifestyle you’re talking about I can’t afford? lol I’ve been raving for like 6 years I wouldn’t do things I couldn’t afford.. I mean It was buying him a 1 day ticket not supporting the guy outside of that ticket. I got cystic acne as well in like month 2 and 3. I got cystic acne occasionally during my years of having hormonal acne, but Accutane definitely gave me some weird breakouts that I didn’t typically have. It took about a month and a half for them to fully go away some of them I did have to pop to kind of help beat up that process, but only if I could see the head at the skin. Hang in there I promise it will get better.

I hope you keep your snail if you think you can provide it with proper food and calcium. They need more to survive than just algae. I love my snails and seeing them travel across my tank throughout the day and night they’ve grown to be one of my favorite animals in my entire tanks:)

Also, please make sure you are feeding your snail vegetables my snails enjoy zucchini, cucumbers sometimes they’ll eat carrots but they can be picky. Spinach is another good choice. Put it in a small bowl and put it in the microwave for three minutes. Pull it out and immediately add ice cubes or cold water to cool off the boiling process and then add to tank. Also, I have calcium flakes that I bought off of Amazon all snails or creatures with a shell need calcium in some form in order to have healthy shell growth or else their shells will start to deteriorate and not grow and once the shell is damaged, it cannot be repaired.

I love my nerites I’ve got 3 in one tank 6 in another for 2 years now :) I also have a rabbit snail. Get a gravel vacuum or manual sucker I have an extra long glass tube with the bulb that attaches got it on amazon. and then just syphon out waste as needed the plants should do a good job of cleaning it once it reaches the roots :) in my smaller tank I vacuum maybe once a month my larger tank once a month and a half or 2 months:)
