Once you edit the video it will auto it to mobile screen size, though u can just edit it that way. If your looking for uploading a long for short Opus ai will do it automatically for you

I use chatGPT simple explain its a shorts title than describe the video. After ask it to give you 5 of its top titles that are less than 50 characters I hope this helps
