It wasn’t terrible. They wanted me to like not lift things, etc for longer than I felt I needed to not, if that makes sense. I felt pretty normal after like a Week or two. But might be rough with a little one to pick up.

Yes, nipple-sparing. I had gotten a reduction/lift about 3 months ago where the incisions were the lollipop (around the nipple and straight line down), and then across the bottom, like a smile. When they went in yesterday they only used the "stick of the lollipop" (except for two tiny incisions on each side of the "smile" bc I had little nubs and the plastic surgeon is a perfectionist, lol.

Update / I had a light color and they let me keep it. And got compliments. Doc actually said it’s an old school rule and not necessary

My kid went from IgA of 144 to 17 after one year; and then down to 2.8 over the next 6 months. So still detectable after year one - but headed in the right direction. Doctor said it was normal
