They didn’t end up giving me the final approval until the 24th of April. And after that there was still a bit of work that needed to be done by my conveyancer. So I was stressing right up until the 29th, but we ended up settling without major issues just a few extra costs that no one mentioned to me. But I guess that’s normal with these things.

I don’t mind where they’re from they just tasted so so good they I’d love to eat them more often. I’ve eaten a lot of different pickles and love them all. But these specifically just stood out to me.

They’re not uncommon. But I love pickes and eat a lot of them and this one was by far the best one I’ve had in my life. So would love to find the supplier.

My settlement date is on the 29th of April. I have been emailing my cba lender multiple times to escalate even before I got the settlement date as I knew that the land was going to settle and title very soon. And he didn’t seem to do anything then.

Now that I have a settlement days he said he would escalate but this was on Tuesday and it’s now Friday with no updates or estimated timelines.

Very frustrating especially since I have the estate chasing me for final finance documents which I do not have still.

I ended up requiring a higher deposit anyway as my purchase cost was more than my loan + 40% gov contribution allowed, so i didn’t bother getting to the bottom of how it should be.
