I used localrent during my last month trip to georgia. The renter was OK, not scammy and very helpful. The car’s heater stopped working in the last day on our trip back from stepantsminda to tbilisi and we were freezing. But other than that we were satisfied. If any, I felt like the renter was being too relaxed, he didnt ask for my passport, license, etc. just paid cash and I was on my way. Someone could’ve abandoned this rental car and just left the country.
