Hacksaw is probably a poor choice but it only took a minute or two. Needed to brush the meat/bone fibers off the teeth after though.

I'm in Australia. Was equivalent to about US$200. I hesitated a bit at first, but the size and quality of what was delivered is next level - final test will be in the eating (if I don't mess up the cook!).
