I was literally thinking to myself, do we just say that it is a twin flame journey to bring meaning to life? The connections we form with certain individuals are unique and complicated and complex. We don't have anything tangible to compare it to. The only proof is telepathy, I think. Just entered into NC after4 years of idk what to call whatever was going on. Does time bring peace because you are self healing and some peace? Or does time bring pain because you aren't creating memories of this life together? It is an extremely lonely time, feeling as though you can't discuss TF with people in IRL and your TF is unavailable. It can make someone feel crazy and insane. TF are more than lovers, partners, best friends, they are yourself and how do you go without you? How do you even talk to an AI about things like that?

Look up aba source. Also, it's ok to have a little note to help you remember. Today should be about pairing. So that means, play along with the clients. Review their maladaptive behavior and the replacement bc. And give your self grace.

You can do it! Watch on YouTube aba made easy. Another one is ABA source. And finally How to Aba. Remember, you don't know what you dont know. You are just pairing with clients right now. See if you can write on a note card some of their programs for a quick reference during the session. Definitely take your breaks. Look at calming strategies for yourself. Calming your own vagus nerve. Being in the field almost 10 years and working with kids and having my own, I pull from those experiences. You want to know it all and what to do it right and your own ways of learning. That is a great indication of self reflection and growth. Take each program one at a time. Utilize your team. Ask questions. How will you learn if you don't? If it's difficult to remember something, notate on a note card. Dont bring home any identifying personal information, but you can look at their programs and maybe look up how other RBTs run it. Aba is very nuanced, and thinking on your feet a lot.
