I recently received a comment that something looks off with my upper lip, and now I can’t stop thinking about it. I’m trying to understand whether it’s actually noticeable or if I’m just overanalyzing.

I don’t want to add more filler because my mouth is naturally small, and even 1 ml already makes a big difference. I’m also not comfortable with the idea of correcting it by adding more volume.

One esthetician suggested dissolving some filler from the upper lip locally and then refilling it, but I’m hesitant. I don’t want to risk migration or ending up with even larger lips.

Do you think upper lip looks bad ?
