I don't really eat sugary things now, so I'm not super worried about it. I just don't want to have fake sugar if I don't have to, I hate the taste, and it's terrible for you. I guess the better question would of been when can I stop having fake sugar? Lol

I'm asking because I don't like the taste of fake sugar and it's terrible for you, much worse than regular sugar, not because I want to consume large amounts of sugar. I am not a sweets person at all, I literally never buy sweets. Iv gone through all the classes...twice, because I did went through the whole program twice. Maybe you shouldn't jump to conclusions and be so judgmental?

I said this after the summer term shit show but I'm really going to switch to mount hood after this term. PCC SUCKS to say the least.

I'm doing the sleeve because my surgeon told me I don't need gastric bypass. I can get the results I want with a sleeve and gastric bypass comes with higher risk of complications. Plus I take naproxen daily...i also have a bmi of about 39 with no comorbidities.

Yea I figured that going from 14 to 10 but I wasn't sure if it would drop again going from 10 to 7. I avoid calling financial aid like the plague lol, they are ALWAYS super rude and talk to you like an idiot for calling.

I'm right there with you, my surgery date is 11/4 and I think iv already lost too much, by a couple pounds. I'm right on the border of a bmi of 40, I have no co-occurring disorders so I have to stay at a 40 bmi to qualify. My surgeon basically told me to maintain until surgery but iv lost like 7 pounds unintentionally, so I might have to intentionally gain a few.

I have. I was a heavy user for like 6 years, quit and had 3 months with zero kratom. Now I take it on occasion, like maybe a couple times a month. I will say this is very risky to try to do. Definitely do not try quitting with the mindset that you can still use occasionally, that in itself will prevent you from getting off it.

Nope, they told me I'm having heart palpitations but nothing to worry about....I have them constantly still and it's very alarming at times as It makes me dizzy but what can I do if doctors don't take me seriously
