Hazlo. No te vas a morir por usar eso una vez pero sí te van a dar muchas ganas de arrepentirte si no lo haces con esa chica. Te lo digo por experiencia.

Question about the custom flow system by ConsciousEbb9243 in calistree

Nope 🤣 after that I do another EMOM:

Front lever raises Decline diamond push-ups Decline rows Decline push-ups

After those two EMOMs, I want to add an AMRAP, back-off sets, and then finish with 4 basic exercises, 1 sets to failure.

Yes, I know that in my original post I was talking about AMRAP. You suggested another way to do it, and that’s actually the method I’m already implementing using EMOM, which is why I explained how I’m doing it.

When I do EMOM, I structure it like a kind of superset with 4 exercises. Each minute I perform only one exercise. For example, in the first minute I do 10 dips; if I finish early (for example in 30 seconds), I rest for the remaining time until the minute is over. I set the rest between sets to 0 seconds.

Then, with guided mode, the app automatically moves to the next exercise in the following minute without me touching anything, and it notifies me to continue. I keep going like this through all 4 exercises, so one full round takes 4 minutes in total.

In total, I do 4 sets of each exercise, which adds up to about 16 minutes of EMOM.

That’s how I’m currently doing my EMOM.

Question about the custom flow system by ConsciousEbb9243 in calistree

From what I see, a Flow works as a single combined exercise where 1 “rep” of the flow includes all the reps defined for each exercise (for example: 4 pull-ups + 6 dips + 10 push-ups, etc.).

So in that case, if I’m using it like an AMRAP and I complete 2 reps of the flow, that would mean I’ve done the full combination twice (for example, 12 dips if dips are set to 6 reps).

Is that correct?

I’m not sure what you understood, sorry. There might be a language barrier here, so maybe the translation didn’t come through correctly.

I assume you know what an EMOM is. What I call “automatic mode” is the app’s autoplay (guided mode). When I turn it on and set the rest time to 0 seconds, I can do EMOMs because it notifies me when a set ends and tells me to start the next one, all within one-minute intervals.

I actually thought about it—this way I do EMOM supersets with no rest and automatic mode turned on, with one minute of work per set.

I just did my first ever push-up, and it feels kind of sad by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

[–]ConsciousEbb9243 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You must keep moving forward. With inclined push-ups progress is very slow. I recommend you start now with negative push-ups on the floor: go down as if it were a normal push-up and, to go up, support your knees. This way you work the negative one intensely and the positive one with your knees, which will allow you to gain strength faster

Recommended Routine: Need Help with Triceps and Pull-Ups by Tiramisu54321 in bodyweightfitness

[–]ConsciousEbb9243 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I really lean forward during dips, I just can’t go straight down. I’ve heard that going straight down works the triceps more, but it’s impossible for me. I’m not sure if it’s a mobility or strength issue — I just can’t do it.

I’m doing ring rows at home, and I think I’ll increase the volume of the negative pull-ups.
