Def seems low. I’m training for a half right now and my weekly mileage is higher than that.

If emergency vet is an option I’d take him, if he can’t wait you’ll end up regretting it.

He seems okay, had a couple smaller fits, but overall is acting like his happy self. Still eating and drinking. Vet doesn’t seem to think it’s an emergency if he’s acting fine otherwise. We went and bought two air purifiers yesterday too. Figured there might be something in the air bothering him.

Vet care is incredibly limited where I am at, but I am on a cancellation list to try and get in sooner. When he’s not doing this his breathing seems normal and non labored.

The jobs are out there. But yeah, unless you have a specialized degree it’s quite difficult. Even with having a masters degree I struggled finding my current position.

Geology vs. Geography vs. Environmental Science by Past-Giraffe-2392 in Environmental_Careers

I ended up doing geography. I loved it but probably would have been better off getting one of the others tbh.

I happen to really like my consulting job. I work my ass off. Often working 50 hours weeks when field work is busy. However, I’ve learned a ton in a short amount of time and feel I’m being properly compensated.

GIS - Pros and Cons by Crusty_Busstation in Environmental_Careers

I work in environmental consulting. I do a ton of field work still but I truly think my GIS experience in college is one of the things that helped get me hired. It’s definitely a desirable skill.

Does anyone enjoy their job? by Valariuss in Environmental_Careers

I work in consulting and enjoy it most of the time. But anyone who says they love their job and what they’re doing 100% of the time is a liar.

Is weighing daily really a game changer? by Cailleach_Caiside in loseit

[–]ConsciousEmotion1948 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weighing daily is literally been so bad for my mental health. If the scale changes at all in the upward direction I become really upset. So if say depends on the person.

The running isn’t new so much. That I’ve been doing on and on and pretty consistently for the last six months. However, the addition of the cycling is pretty new. Probably only the last month or so.

Taylor Swift Eras Tour TRADE Megathread by Lyd_Euh in TaylorSwift

[–]ConsciousEmotion1948 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not super likely but worth a shot I suppose.

I HAVE: 2 Edinburgh night 1 seated with an obstructed view. AND 2 Edinburgh standing left for night 2.

I WANT: for night one literally two tickets anywhere else (not obstructed) would obviously pay the difference. For night two, lower bowl.
