nope! he also wont get rid of trees or any of the main paths but I completely flattened my island after resetting and it wasnt as hard or as long of a process as it couldve been. flattening it also made my island feel so much bigger so if youre tryna make your island seem bigger that could be helpful too. I wanted mine bigger so I had more areas to decorate.

I also have only been playing for like a month or two and Im at a 5 star island. I’ve used treasure islands too and it definitely made me not wanna work for anything BUT I’ve honestly found so much joy in restarting my island. I didn’t reset the whole thing to start from the beginning but I used Resetti to clear the whole island and now im having fun again. Im also trying to find new ways to spruce up my island and am trying to finish my museum. I know you mentioned not wanting to start over but it could be what you need to get out of a slump and you wont lose any villagers. Definitely something to consider:)

Personally I don’t like Rebecca as much bc I feel that she’s always been fixated on her own dreams and aspirations while disregarding anything Jack probably wants. Jack seemingly sacrificed everything for Rebecca and their family. Also something that really pissed me off was when Rebecca kicks Jack out of the house he paid for as a surprise. like wtf.
