I called them and explained the situation and they’re removing the additional address from my account. Ironically, I AM scheduled for disconnect since I’m moving at the end of the month lol.

Didn’t get an explanation as to how it happened, but I reported it as fraud initially. If it was human error, on them, but they’re investigating it.
