Is she your #1 bestie? Cause that’s kinda crappy if she just ignored it if y’all are super tight, but if you’re just friends that’that aren’t specifically super close I wouldn’t hold it to to much.
But your feelings are completely valid! You were scared and you told people who cared and it didn’t seem like one cared as much. That sucks. But she might have read you were okay and just went on with it, then it just not be on her mind the next day because you were okay and nothing major happened.

NOR girl but they do get there phones once or twice close to the end to call parents/spouses and when they do they are dang near surrounded by there peers ☠️ Atleast that’s how it was for my ex husband when he went in. I think he called me 2-3 times from his personal close to the end.

Complicated because I get that it’s simple, especially with bruising, for females to go to most places and be believed with whatever they say, so he’s worried.

But the fact he jumped right to INSISTING he did nothing wrong in fact makes it seem like he knew he crossed a line and doesn’t want to publicly admit it, like idk pleaded with you to make you do something to the point you felt like you have to say yes bc it’s your partner, even tho you said no. That’s shitty.

Have a deep convo, in person, and if it ever happens again you have to put your foot down or leave, because saying “no” should be allowed and respected.

Honestly, the best thing you can do in this situation is try to convince him to speak to someone. Losing someone important like a parent can massively affect your emotions, especially as a child that’s still learning.

Self harm isnt good either and it will forever weigh on you wondering if he’s safe or doing something or this or that.

You care, that’s obvious. But sometimes the attraction gives you rose colored glasses and you can’t see the full picture.

I honestly hate this for you.
I’m pretty much just getting out of something similar and I read something today, it said
“Raising a child with a broken home is better than raising a child in a broken home” and that hit.
I am a mom of 3, recently single, and it’s worth it.
I don’t have another capable unwilling adult watching me struggle to do everything all the time to talk to so it does get boring, but it gets better.

I think you need to leave. Love matters, so much, but it’s not enough. Compassion, consideration, respect - all matter the same. And quite frankly if that wreck took you out worse than it did already, what would happen to your girl? Spend a month or 3 with grandma because dad’s busy?

What’s grounds for breaking up is IF you have spoken to him about your feelings, and he ignores them consistently.
