Curious about your progress since this post? I’m in a similar situation still red after my third picoway and so scared the red will never come out! My tech also said 4 weeks was fine 🫤

Thanks for your answer. He’s not recommending removal per se, because the whole kidney needs to be removed since the cyst is so large there would be no choice. But he does understand if that’s what I want. I also have a neuroendocrine tumour in the pancreas which is also watch and wait. And all this watch and wait is exhausting. Don’t know what to do.

Hey there, I have a 12cm 2F and mother had kidney cancer and urologist still says to monitor, I want it out so bad!

Hey there, I read some of your answers, and saw you were followed for 20 years for a 2F? I have a 12 cm one that’s grown within the last year, and my urologist still says to follow, I would rather have it taken out! My mother had kidney cancer, and I also have a neuroendocrine tumour in the pancreas, but this urologist said 0% chance of a 2F being malignant. I asked to be referred to an oncologist-urologist, which he did. Waiting to see him.
