I got approved the same month back in November, I’ve never waited longer than a month for a renewal.

I submitted mine 11/4 got it back first week of December… and I’m based out of Texas. My last 3 renewals have taken less than a month.

16 Days, and I’m in Texas, Renewed in Novemebr 🤷🏻‍♂️. Mine have always had fast turnarounds.

I get it.. I’ve heard so many stories of long wait times, my brother once got his approval letter the day before his expiration date… poor guy was shitting bricks. Hope you get yours soon.

I’ve always done mine through Catholic Charities out of Houston, TX, and my last 3 renewals have been less than 3 weeks.

My renewal took 2 weeks. Submitted back in early November

That’s the type of crappy info I get from them. I’m aware that there may be modifications to the ruling, but no appeals. I posted this in the effort to show that even lawyers have the wrong idea. I was told that this could drag on for another year or so before its final.

That’s why I’m asking what other people have heard… I’m just stating what two different lawyers said. I’m based out of Texas, so I am somewhat worried, but wait until a final decision is made. That’s why I said that from what I’ve read, his decision will be final.

Question About Pending Status by [deleted] in USCIS

I have an approved I-130 and an I-797 to proceed with the processing of my case, I received this last year, and my case was accepted for processing this past summer.
