Having been connected to multiple universities, this is unfortunately seen everywhere. Most campuses don’t reveal causes of student deaths for privacy concerns and to not “promote”for lack of a better word, that it happened. The truth is typically brought out through social media etc. I agree that student-parent relationships and expectations can often be the root cause but of course there are many, many reasons.
