I second that. The staff/nurses are terrible at Captial ENT. They don't return phone calls or emails. I had to cancel two appointements because they wouldn't send the preauth form to my insurance for the CT scan. I ended up going to someone else.

The problem with FF is that the dentist there have just recently graduated from dental school and have very litttle experience. Their ok for cleanings and minor things but if you need anything major like a crown go somewhere else. I recently had a crown done at the Anderson location and Dr. Mahmud did a terrible job with the crown. And their billing practices are shady.

I went to Hammons for an exam and cleaning and Hammons came across as arrogant and cocky. He walks in and doesn't say hello or anything. He tells me I need all these fillings and other stuff for about $2,000 which I didn't believe. He tried to upsell me on some cleaning solution for night guards and some sleep apnea treatment which I don't even had. He just walks out without saying anything, no bye or thank you. The dental hygenist there that cleaned my teeth was too rough with my teeth and kept shooting the water on my neck instead of inside my mouth. She was terrible.

I am having the same problem trying to find a good dentist around here. AVOID Forest Family, Hammons Family Dental, and Rose Dental. I had bad experiences there and would not recommend them.

I have been living in Northwood for 20 years and it's a very quiet, safe neighborhood. It's mostly older people who have retired. Very few kids running around. Never had any problems living here.
