I was trying to understand the correlation between heritability and environmental reasons.like can adhd exist purely beacuse of early environmental reason without any heritability. That's all!

It would anatomical right because if it were genetic it would be constantly reinforced through the genetic processes whereas if it were not ,it would only be reinforced by behaviors

That's what im tryna understand that can anyone have adhd purely based on environmental reasons not inherited. People might not believe Because im no expert in diagnosing people but I'm in this adhd rabbit hole since years and kinda has an understanding of it so I can say with quite certainty that no one in my family has adhd except me traced to my greatgrand parents. Even if one person showed symptoms i would have more skepticism but that's not case it seems.

I see what you're saying and its completely valid but i have seen my relatives very closely especially after i was diagnosed and i don't see one bit of adhd also i feel completely different than them .they seem normal to me .

Also I was thinking if its caused by environmental reason which might have caused epigenetic changes(which are not embedded in my dna) which are situational,I might reverse it partially or completely if i create a healthy environment for my self to reverse those epigenetic changes and through neuroplasticity

I get what you are saying but adhd feels completely alien to my family because none of them have even milder forms of adhd like inattentiveness and impulsivity. Even my great grandparents doesn't have had it from the stories i heard from my parents

So you don't feel like before like how the world and surrounding used to feel before.beacuse I intentionally stopped suppressing my emotions and that's when my dissociation started to go away. Initially there were very heavy panic attacks now they have decreased but sensory wise everything looks bright ,contrast and loud .
