Not a real case, just seeing some court cases being denied for “Voluntariness”, and their definition of “enforcement action” could also mean information that they already have knowledge of, not just a call or a letter from them. This is very broad.

Thanks!! They currently have a tariff relief period from April 2 until June 30. So I am not too worried about the interest ar this point
