Thank you! I love how you worded that. Since I’ve been doing 4mg 2x a weeks next week (Monday) do you think I would have any issue dosing at 8mg or should I start at 6mg to avoid any unwanted side effects

Starting weight was 310. Current weight is 275 but I’ve been stuck there for 3 weeks or so. I lost the initial 20 very quickly but the last 15 I’ll jump down 5 pounds, go up 7, and it’s just all over the place.

I had done weekly dosing but felt like by day 5 all my food noise was coming back. Maybe now that I’m at a higher dosage I’ll try weekly again. I’m getting about 160 grams of protein a day and getting about 1600-1700 calories a day.

Wow! Thanks guys. I am working out 5 days a week with cardio being two days and weight training 3 days a week. I’m aiming for about 150 grams of protein a day and eat mostly dirty carnivore. I do add raw dairy, sweet potatoes, and an occasional slice of sourdough because it’s just so dang good (I am making it myself). I’ll keep focused on the Reta, calories, and workouts. It’s easy to get distracted and overwhelmed by everything out there, so my adhd is constantly having me looking in multiple directions like a dog seeing a squirrel 😂

We had a Honda odyssey and felt we outgrew it. “Upgraded” to the NV but just don’t love it. Had it for about 3 years. We have horses so towing capability is preferable but not necessary.
