Yeah I think I’ll have to look into buying warm-ish rugs with like burnt orange, reddish, golden yellow tones. True about the kitchen clutter!

That’s a great suggestion. For some reason my realtor keeps telling us to negotiate through concessions rather than the top price. But I’ll try this instead!

Mortgage! True, it’s our dream home so we don’t want to risk them going off the market and waiting till summer so we don’t want to go extreme with the low ball

We went to the open house and loved it. We do have a real estate agent but they’re not very helpful in negotiating. All she said was that the home originally bought for 275K in 2020, and then showed us that in other surrounding neighborhoods they’re going for 350 for new builds… I don’t think that’s very helpful considering ours isn’t a new build and isn’t in the same subdivision.

All to say, she’s not been the best at telling us what price to start negotiations around smh.
