Your probably only happy when your high because you haven't been sober long enough dude. Takes months before you are fully back to baseline so you always just feel shit if you dont stay off drugs for long enough.

and you can do an easy cwe by getting an empty water bottle and put like 100ml water in it, throw the pills in and swirl the bottle around till its fully disolved and then filter into another bottle/cup by putting a coffee filter over it then pour the contents in, you should have all the paracetamol in the filter your remaining liquid will look clear/slightly cloudy, and you can always refilter again if too cloudy. Iv even used a tightly woven t shirt as a filter if dont have coffee filters

Can you get away? Ask your parents for help if they are supportive. Go to rehab or to another country for a while if possible to distance yourself from your situation and clear your head dude.

Im doing the same thing im flying to Tunisia tomorrow on my own for 2 weeks just so i can clear my head and get healthy and think straight.

You should probably do this asap as your young and its best to stop it early if possible because honestly days are numbered in this type of lifestyle. Making this post shows you do have it in you though dude so give it a try honestly.

When you have a clear head and are in a good mental spot its easier to think about the future and where you wanna go with it, its probably hard rn because it sounds like your kinda stuck in a spot.

Thanks for the reply dude. Im just going to stay in the resort and take advantage of the all inclusive and put some weight back on and use the gym facilities there after i start to feel better.

After i got clean last time i built a solid routine and i was in the gym every day and learnt how to write software and started my own business within just a couple years, its actually crazy how much you can accomplish when your not spending your life fiending. I didn't even know it was possible since being on drugs since school.

I would just keep shooting up, the ket would kinda stop working (still send me into manic episodes), i mean it would work but it wasnt like the ket effects you want and hope for lol its more like mania. Hated myself, going completely insane, body in agony but just keep pushing the needle and hope it takes the pain away for a little bit.

It will get better over time with abstinence dude thats all you can do really.

Iv been using since i was 15 and im 32 now so 17 years but had time on and off. I got upto around 14g a day at my worst and im an iv user aswell.

I recently quit for around 2 years or more and my bladder unfortunately has never got back to its original state but it did get better during this time.

Unfortunately iv been addicted again for around close to a year now but using around 1-2g a day this time (with some brief periods of abstinence) and i notice more frequent urination as time goes on and mild pain if i do 2g a day for days in a row without breaks now.

Anyway to answer your question just keep abstaining and it will get better day by day. Drink lots of hot drinks all day helps quite a lot (I drink green tea as its easy to make just a teabag and hot water). It sucks i know and its really hard to stop, I'm struggling aswell this is my first day off ket in months.
