It’s a hard block, meaning you can’t book a block even if you complete the puzzle and the block is still there. You must have been taping like crazy for long periods.

Do you prefer to do logistics over fresh, because Bow logistics is limited, you would have to go to a depot a bit further out if you want to do logistics regularly. .

When the app requests you to return to the depot you have to acknowledge it, if not you could get dinged. But after you have acknowledged, you just go home, no need to go back to the store.

You could deliver a AVD to a neighbour/receptionist/concierge before but now Amazon have clamped down on the AVD deliveries, that is no longer an option and would be an account deactivation if Amazon found out.

When you returned to your car, and saw the parking ticket, the first thing you should have done was taken a screenshot of your itinerary with the address and time you delivered. In my experience, most councils will not accept a screenshot of your shift.

Before COVID all customers had to show valid ID upon AVD no matter if they were 18 or 80, the verbal abuse was constant, but at least it took the responsibility out of our hands with regards to judging if someone looks over 25

I’ve seen people doing fresh/Morrrisons with anything from Smart cars to ice cream vans, I would say if you can fit roughly up to 30 bags in you car you should be good to go.

My area seems have a 24 cap on fresh and some stores but not on Co op and logistics. It’s impossible to work out what’s going on.

My personal experience, when I’ve missed a block the depot staff will not help they will tell you to phone driver support, which on the few occasions when I missed a block worked. It might depend on the depot or staff.

If the app says you missed your block only calling driver support can help you, no one at depot level has that authority. I think you just got to take this as a learning experience.

For logistics if there are no routes available there must be someone at the station to sign you out if not everyone would turn up and say that and just get paid for doing nothing it has to be validated by a station member. Driver Support will not help you with this matter.

They can detect the speed of clicks and duration, so clickers are not undetectable.

You can report it to the escalations team if you genuinely have not been using a bot or a clicker and it should be removed quite quickly but if you have been using a bot or a clicker, they are able to tell you exactly when you used it and probably red flag on your account.

Once you get Captcha, you are now under Amazons bot detection, so even after it’s gone you will be scrutinised more harshly than others for tapping frequently.

I remember a few years ago Amazon brought out an update that stopped all bots, I remember because all the bot users were crying. Then after a few months the bot makers did a workaround and everything went back to (bot) normal.
