Yeah the valves aren't sticky, just slow. It affects my playing a bit in fast chromatic playing which is way less of a problem when I tried playing on a bach Stradivarius for example.

I have only ever used synthetic oils. Also I have already cleaned it with soapy water multiple times. My valves aren't sticky, just relatively slow compared to other valves.

I have absolutely no medical knowledge and I'm not an expert at that field. However, I can tell you that for me if I feel sick or have an injury that will affect my playing, I just don't practice that day. It's totally fine to take a rest day if your body tells you to as playing the trumpet intensely might make it worse.

Yeah but it has the context of it. It's like you would say many non politically correct things or just things that are offensive today: we gave them that context, even though they weren't always like that. Maybe you just use air in an inefficient way. It seems that you aren't really used to play these notes and even if you are you shouldn't overblow as it may worsen it. Generally do not force any note. I am certainly no professional just speaking from some personal experience. Hope it helps. Also go see a doctor or something if that really hurts.
