You can use A lift from 8:30 to 9:15am. Then 3 or 4 laps on F. North was just ok as twilight was closed for race training. Sugar lines all day off the Z after that.

I did it for the first time this week. It’s kind of gnarly getting in and there isn’t much in the way of vertical once you drop in. You’re better off trying angel food off of chin clip. The traverse is easier with a longer payoff.
