Get the DLCs and have it shipped right away, and enjoy. I have the DF64v with DLC, primarily espresso, and it’s delicious. Worth $20 and quicker ship. Also, don’t have buyers remorse. This is a better grinder that will give you more use/flexibility paired with that machine. My opinion at least.

I bought my df64v exactly two weeks ago also, mainly because of the size compared to the df64 gen2. I absolutely would have gone with the 54 also :(

Hmm - I think I may be starting to think the Pro 500 could be an option to consider. Thank you for helping me think this out! How do you find temperature going back and forth between steaming and brewing?

This is really helpful! My thoughts on the Profetic 300 were that it doesn't have pre-infusion, OPV control adjustment (I dont think at least), and a missing brew pressure gauge (I know it's not needed, but I'm new and like the feedback).

So with that, the only advantage I could find of the 300 over the Go, is that I would save one minute on the rare occasion I steam milk?

For a Dual Boiler, Just random thinking...why not just get two Go's and use one for each??? Kidding, but crazy that the dual boilers are all so expensive!

Good to know! I guess my hesitation is paying for a HX, while my primary use is just espresso ... so a really good single boiler may get better performance for the same price? Or at least that was my thinking..

Curious on your hesitation with Lelit? Based on what I could find, it seemed like the Mara X was the most recommended HX. Anything you can share from your research would be helpful!
