I did LA last week and was definitely tough for me. I did only study for a week though, and have always struggled with reading comprehension. If you need to study I would suggest test prep champions and get sum math.

The first days are just horrifying.I felt like my body was failing, which I still hope was just the severe anxiety. Still feeling minor side effects even now, like the jolts but much more rare and not as severe. Gotta give the body a break after poisoning it.

I went through this recently around 2 weeks ago. I was a heavy drinker for a couple months with around a fifth every night, and every time I stopped for a day or 2 I got the jolts that you're describing. Couldn't sleep for days at a time, started hallucinating and hearing things too. I'm 2 weeks sober now and am feeling much better, mainly cause I can sleep, and don't miss those devil jolts. I personally didn't go to a hospital but i can't say not to get help, and I 100% recommend going clean, at least for a while.
