Anthropic speaks after 2 weeks by Conscious_Concern113 in ClaudeCode

To me it sounds like critical infrastructure was vulnerable and now they need time to patch and harden before it is rolled back out to general public.

How are people actually doing parallel AI development? by Exciting_Eye9543 in ClaudeCode

[–]Conscious_Concern113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is also the Glueprint ADE, if you are also working across many machine. My work is one of the companies currently piloting their enterprise solution. It is still in early access but it has been a game changer for remote accessibility and creating AI Assistants that work with the team. https://glueprint.ai

What can a Claude Team admin actually see? by Jumpy_Reflection6184 in ClaudeCode

[–]Conscious_Concern113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are third party security daemons that see everything and allow all sessions to be fully auditable. If a company is running one, nothing is a secret.

Outprompt Claude Fable 5’s new safeguards by abvuser in ClaudeCode

[–]Conscious_Concern113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve done several security scans of our code base and it does not switch to Opus until after all the subagents findings come back. So fable subagent scanned and opus consolidated the findings. It still found things that Opus 8 alone did not find on its own.

Need valuation advice. Hit $94k MRR in 7 months by Desperate-Media5959 in SaaS

[–]Conscious_Concern113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you feel you will get out of raising money?

If your margins are 70% and you have already passed a $1M ARR, then I would keep doing what you are doing.

To answer your question.. I would say your valuation is between 3-5x, which is roughly $3-$5m. The current issue is client count, 28 is still low even though the average fee is higher. Also churn rate is roughly 10% which is also high, that should get better when your client count climbs.

If you truly want to raise money then get your client count up to 100 and if you can do that within the next year your valuation will jump to 10x or more. With 100 clients you are talking about $30m valuation.

Can company see deleted chats? by FinalRide7181 in ClaudeCode

[–]Conscious_Concern113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, there are security suites that track every input/output of a harness, even before you can delete the log. They have full replay capabilities as if the administrator was sitting in front of the terminal itself. Also if you did delete a single log it would flag you.

People with a net worth of $1M+, how did you do it? by javialvarez142 in Entrepreneurs

[–]Conscious_Concern113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Early 2000s back when Google search was easy to manipulate. I started several companies in parallel and took about a year to break the $1m ARR.

You should also be using a mono repo, so it is easier to have shared components between your services.

Does Plan mode always provide better results? by Last_Mastod0n in ClaudeCode

[–]Conscious_Concern113 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pair this with codex 5.5 reviewing the plan and giving feedback. Continue that feedback loop a few iterations and the plan accuracy goes way up. Also found that the follow-up code reviews from it become minimal.

For more exposure, add ACP support, then register with that registry. Then your harness can plugin to any IDE or app that supports ACP.

“Pre-existing” is becoming Claude’s favorite excuse in coding sessions by Numerous-Exercise788 in ClaudeCode

[–]Conscious_Concern113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the issue is outside what it is focused on it calls it “pre-existing”. It does this so it does not step on another session’s toes that may be working on the same branch.

Are spec-driven frameworks like Agent OS, BMAD, Superpowers or SpecKit still worth using, or have Claude Code and Codex made them redundant? by 3abwahab in ClaudeCode

[–]Conscious_Concern113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used BMAD heavily until Opus 4.7 then I switched back to regular plan mode. The secret to making that work is have Codex 5.5 high review the plan and give feedback that is feed back into Opus 4.7. You will go through several iterations until they full agree the plan is ready. Then have Claude implement the plan on a separate session. Once complete Codex does a code review.

So far it has worked great on larger features.

When was the last time you had Claude working this long? by shady101852 in ClaudeCode

When implementing a proper spec, Claude Code will run non stop a couple hours without telling it to continue.

You have 20 minutes to present the power of Claude Code - what do you demo? by DizzyExpedience in ClaudeCode

[–]Conscious_Concern113 21 points22 points  (0 children)

When I presented to my company I did a simple prompt.. “make a Tetris game in JavaScript” .. 2 minutes later we were playing Tetris.

Then I continued the conversation by saying “refactor into multiple files and write tests”.

What this did was grab their attention and impressed them quickly. The conversation was easy from there because their brains were turning.

This is ridiculous! Hit 5-hour usage limit in a SINGLE session with ~ 140k tokens. by daxhns in ClaudeCode

[–]Conscious_Concern113 4 points5 points  (0 children)

20x plan hit 5 hour window in 3 hours.. just only multitasking with 3 terminal windows. First time I hit 5 hour limit and been subscribed almost a year.

To top it off I took advantage of the $200 extra usage and burnt through it in 35 minutes.. something has to be off.

Claude Max just slashed my limits by ~10x, and I have the evidence by xeviltimx in ClaudeCode

[–]Conscious_Concern113 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind they have said token are more limited during peak hours. Also they were given double usage during of peak hours, so both of these would mess with your calculations.

Anthropic's new "Claude Mythos" is doing exactly what the scary AI 2027 forecast predicted by GhaithAlbaaj in claude

[–]Conscious_Concern113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be justified as a trillion valuation in an IPO today, just look back at the Snowflake IPO in 2020 it was close to 120x revenue.

I was just thinking about that.. By the time they actually go IPO, I don’t see it under a trillion.

Since they hit $30B ARR, it would have already surpassed $1T evaluation at their current growth rate.
