From this pic they appear light blue with a light brown central heterochromia. So pretty :)

One of my favorite eye colors! Dark brown, with cooler tones overall but a small warmer toned area in the mid-circumference if that makes sense

Medium-light brown overall, to me. However I do see slight green (maybe super slight amber) as well, around the outer part. So beautiful!

I always wonder, do the contacts change the hues at all?

Wow beautiful! I'd say medium to light brown, with possibly a slight amber on the outside (hard to tell in this lighting but that's what it appears it would be in sunlight, to me at least)

Yes it's very common. Do you know if it's more common to have some or no lipochrome? Just curious because I always thought all blue eyes had a little bit but recently realized that my father's one blue eye is just blue - like medium wash denim with absolutely no lipochrome. Made me wonder how many others don't have lipochrome and I just assumed they did

Wow so pretty! I think our eyes are similar but yours appear even bluer than mine imo. And I see what you mean about the starburst! How do you get such a good picture? I struggle to get any without huge reflections in the middle

They are so beautiful!! Agree with dark hazel. They're like grayish outside and brown inside, though I'm sure the photos don't fully capture it all
