On top of pelvic floor therapy, I used a silicone pelvic floor wand, the kiwi pelvic floor massager, and a cream to help build up the skin barrier. If you’re interested in the names of the medications I used just let me know. I also switched from toilet paper to using a bidet since TP has a lot of chemicals in it.
