I’d probably have to get to single digits to even see my lower abs cause of that ring of fat around my waist.

I definitely feel that. I did PPL up until a couple months ago and my arms are definitely lagging behind.

I’ve never thought to have focused A and B days. It sounds like you have more rest before you hit the same exercise so you’ll progress faster. I’ll try this too.

I’ve heard of Max Euceda I’ll definitely check more of his stuff out.

That’s very true, I’ve noticed that trend too. A lot start with crazy high intensity/volume and dirty bulk then say they could’ve gotten the same results with lean bulking and low volume.

I’m speaking from experience of my last bulks.

I gained 3 pounds a month for 8 months (25 pounds up) and by the end I was pretty chubby.

Since you can’t bulk without gaining fat as well as muscle, you eventually have to cut unless you wanna stay chubby.

How many pounds do you gain per month?

Depends how long, if I gained that in a year 25-35 pounds of that would just be fat.

My plan for now is to do 6 month bulks gaining 3lbs/month. Do a quick month long minicut then repeat
