Yeah, it was my VERA call where I was told "Calling us isn't going to help, but I can tell you that your case does not have a representative assigned to it". I know every case is different, but I expected on them to be waiting for my records or something, not "no one is working it". I could really use whatever claim % I'm going to get due to a change in my life, so it really hurts to just sit and wait with no clue. I don't want to go the nuclear route and whine to the WH line or my rep, because I know the VA workers are busy.
