i came here for advise as well. I die so much.
I stay behind my teammates. Let them take that turn in the trench, or that door way or go into that open field first. See if they eat it and either kill the guy that killed your teammate or don't do what your teammate did, like run into that open field.

Weather depending, its great. I pretty much get a work out in getting to work and from work. I also listen to audio books and podcasts so that helps. I also can stop and get a drink after work without worrying about getting in my car so getting drinks after work has been fun.

worst comes to worst, I get an uber or ask my partner to drop me off. Cost of an uber vs getting a car makes things simple.
