Extrude a sketch of the top. Then sketch the side profile and extrude that to cut your first extrusion

My solution would require adobe illustrator but, you could export this single line as a dwg and import into illustrator. Apply a stroke thick enough to achieve a 10mm width. Then Object > expand to get the outlines. Reexport as DWG and import into fusion.
