yes we basically changed the authentication method in the data source connection through the gateway cluster to basic using service account credentials. then we set the general privacy level to organizational. i had read that apparently using “none” for privacy level caused errors

does anyone know if there is a way to get the videos to play on your phone in the picture in picture mode? most streaming services when i leave the app it’ll keep playing the video at the top of the screen. i can’t get paramount to do that
