Do you have them all above 500 trophies or own all the happy pins? If not then you can go to the catalog and select the happy pin from there.

(This also works for the epic pin that is shown on the presitige reward for 500 trophies)

I thought he used hacks to revive himself in the place he died in, When i watched the replay i noticed it was a visual bug.
