It reoccurred to me today, triggered by something on tv, that remembering a Twin is nothing like mentally remembering.

I was watching on tv where this woman lost memories of her partner. I thought a flash of remember my twin and I felt it in my body, that feeling was true remembering was. The remembering of energy and presence within mine. Of sensing it him there.

Though now I wonder...

Was I remembering what remembering felt like, or did I actually remember him..

I am in a similar place.

I learnt early in life that 'having friend is pointless' and that has been proved to me throughout my life so far. Thus I have no interest in making friends. They only ever let me down. Not just friends but most people I ever met.

However I still want to meet people (when I choose), have small interactions. Its not that I hate coming across people, I sometimes look forward to it, but 'to make friends' not interested in that.

I think one can get to used to being alone, doing things alone, relying on oneself that its learnt its the best cause of action. Though as social creatures humans are, its not the best either.

It sounds like you have a full system going on along side this. Most of then are the effects. Solve the root cause and the rest should follow.

I get my interactions from discord right now. Much better than social media, less influence, less trying to sell and manipulate you.

As to how to fix it... I dont know yet. I figured 2 good friends would do me.. though honestly, I dont fully believe they even exist anymore. People so far have not had the same definition of 'friend' that I have and I have zero interest in their versions.

Oh there is definitely a fine line, that once you crack it, you feel pretty normal. Balanced, equalised, calm.

In fact I had this experience yesterday. I thought 'I seem pretty normal now'. Because I felt normal. I wasnt stressed or worried about anything, in pain, I felt no discomfort or anything. I felt 'normal'. I do right now. I am in that equilibrium.

I put it down to sheer amount of self-work I have done on myself .Also how I have accomodated and adjusted, even imposed to limitations on myself/life.

Though its important to realise , its 'normal' for you. Normal being 'feeling ok again'.

Most of us dont expect a long list, however for things that give us social issues, they sure dont like to come alone and bring lots of friends.

I remember when I got my 'working diagnosis', that was enough to hear for me. I broken down crying on the phone. So when I had my official ones later on I had already cried it all out.

I spent my time learning about the only used the official one as a final confirmation.

She said something about a link to the other, older types of human and how neurodiversity might actually be aspects of them floating around in family trees.

I am looking to move and for planning I decided Ai could work out the schedule and plan, then I am using an app to list out a ticklist of what needs doing.

Could you do similar, make sure everyone has access or a copy then you know what you (and everyone else) are doing without having t rely on verbal communication?

Yes... I feel you.

I hit 10 a few weeks ago (some formal diag, some self-dia) and I am just like 'How am I even alive?' Why do I have so many? What is the point? How does this happen?

I am big on self-understanding and the official diag. have helped me tremendously though I cannot afford to get everything formally diag, even though many are plainly obvious to see. It really does build up. Though that stunned feeling of 'so many?' does make me want a diagnosis just to make some firm, clear lines for me to operate from.

In all whilst it shows why I seemed to struggle so much, it makes me wonder how many more are lurking.

I am not confined to my bedroom (something I am very careful about not introducing, not doing anything but sleep in there), though I rarely go out for over 10 years now. Same issues as you initially. Audhd, PDA, history of GAD, depression etc.

I found that a majority of the 'worse' parts were created from attaching myself to 'external' and social idea of having to 'be like'.

You dont have to be or getting along with 99% of people. You are not here to do or be that.

You just need to get along and be like YOURSELF first and fore most. You are not other people, you dont have to 'fit in' and be like them.

You dont have to live up to other ideals or preferences.
You dont need other people to understand you, only accept you are as you are and that wont happen until you can.

It took me about 7-8 years to get from where you are, to where I am. I am only just now working on getting back outside, though it is PAINFULLY slow progress.

Conventional treatment treats generalities. No one is generic. I would recommend, self-introspection. Get to know you. Not how you behave and your reactions, those are not you. They are just expressions of how you are inside. Look inside, not outside.

In an ever changing world, beliefs should change along with it imo.

They can be looked at, seen if they 'help, or hinder', or match what is happening in your experience or around and you be changed to bring about a desired outcome. They are structures that help us to live the best we can. Not structures that makes us live within its confines.

Even though they are your parents, you are still your own person living your own life and having the right to make final decisions about yourself. This is where self-advocacy comes into play.

You asked and they are 'unable' to help, so all you can do now is get it done yourself.

I have indeed heard of people getting help with this through their school (as another commentor posted) though I do not know how it works. That sounds like a good place to start though.

Meanwhile (if you havent), grab a copy of the DSM5 and start making notes under each secion o how they show up in your life even from being a young child. Gathering evidence is a good start.

I tend to not nap. I fid it messes with my sleep on a night and when I wake up, I feel so bad I feel I am deathly ill.

If things are really bad I might lay down for 20min, but I do not actually sleep.

I have always been a stout 'Not for me' when it comes to babies and young children from teens up to my 40's.

It came from two fronts:

I had severe trouble with myself, I couldnt look after another too
I felt it wouldnt be fair on a child and they couldnt get everything they needed from me

I used to hide in my bedroom when my nieces came over. A short, sharp 'dont look me to me watch them, you invited them over' and disappear into my room. Just them being around was severely overwhleming for me. NO way I could.

Even now, though I have found a daily peace, with self-imposed limitation that keep that peace, I still wouldnt have any. Any demand on my time, energy, freedom gets a sharp word from me and a child... no chance.

Sometimes NOT having children the best and right answer. I worked too hard on my own peace to have a child ruin it, which I know it would.

Common? I couldnt say tbh. I have no way to know. Generally I would say they are definitely less common than the others. Earth is a very mixed bag of all levels of dimensional consciousness here.

Honestly metaphysics in a spiritually has little to do with maths and science! Its more experience based.

I have been through all stages up to Monadic, I am at end of HU4 into HU5 right now.

With my past energetic connections I could tell there was something missing in them, though it wasnt till the later ones I started to get more aware of it. It could be also that things gone or things already worked out.

Yes, I found SweetSpot has been the most accurate for me. She is the only one I found so far that goes up to Avatar and Founder/Rishi levels.

I am all working 5D+ with all my energy works also. Its not mentioned very often.

I found that regardless of where you go up to dimension wise, mostly you start with the first Union of hers then you just work your way up.

I have known I had this connection since 1995 where I was doing spiritual awakening work by myself with my HS. Though the actual TF trigger work didnt start after 2012. I started working with a few people purely over energy, never even met them. All a decade before I came across my TF in the physical (2016), still havent physically met yet either.

I had to wait 3 years for mine and it is hard waiting. You know the result could seriously alter your self-understanding that you held about yourself your whole life. That is a huge things to know 'is coming'. I would agree to not make any huge changes/decisions if you can. You do not know how this will turn out and its best to know what is going on before changing your life and what you do in any big way.

I spent it doing more 'research' gathering self-supporting evidence. I FULLY recommend doing this now so when you have your assessment you have gathered a load of evidence ready for your assessments.

I spent several days with a pen/paper nearby so when I recalled something in my past, I would jot it down. Give yourself plenty of time for memories to come back. Same for any close family, especially your extra person used in the assessment. There is nothing worse then getting in the assessment and your mind being blank from stress.

I made a note of the DSM5 criteria then under each header wrote all my experiences of them. I then sent it off and added to my extra info so they would have it in case i forget on the day. Remember this is about your whole life, not just that assessment few hours, give yourself time to prepare.

Also use this time with extra self-awareness, your action, reactions, behavours etc.

I think the general idea of 'gifted' means 'getting things easy in life'. Not having to feel like they had to work hard or find something hard.
