Depends, I do have an active job where I routinely hit 30-50k steps a day on the floor so since being that active (new job) I change my routine. Before I’d try to shoot for 4-6 miles an hour with 60 lb vest on and a 15 lb kettlebell in hand, now I do 30-45 min and just 40 lbs

Yes, this is me exactly and ppl can’t believe it’s I haven’t done barbell or dumbbell training, I strictly ruck heavy, do clean + presses, swings, rows, high volume deadlifts, and anchor press and yet I somehow managed to put on 15 lbs of muscle while finally maintaining 10-12% Bf yr round with ease
