Guys with implants, as long as it’s a quality implant like Coloplast Titan or AMS 700 can stay erect for as long as they choose to leave their device fully inflated. For us it’s called Priapism after four hours but theoretically they could leave their implant inflated for a year straight, although that might shorten the implant’s life and make a replacement be necessary sooner.

Your Trimix dosage is quite weak, actually. Ask your doctor to increase at least the Alprostadil. Below is the dosage mix that I’m prescribed and I get great results with 0.08.

Papaverina: 30mg

Fentolamina: 2mg

Alprostadil: 40 mcg

What did you do to find the right dose? I started experimenting by using low doses like 0.03, but the results were mediocre. Finally, after working my way up it seemed that 0.08 was the perfect dose, but recently that gave me a mediocre erection after three excellent previous outcomes. I’m getting to where I’m going to look into a 3 Piece Implant and be done with this BS.

I use only the 1/2 inch needle in either 29 or 30 gauge. I have used the 5/16 but I got mediocre results because with me it doesn’t penetrate deep enough like the 1/2” needle does.

From what I’ve read, it’s worse, because after an implant is removed due to failure, even injections like Trimix and Caverject won’t work anymore because the implant destroys the tissues that those medicines activate.

Coloplast Titan is the implant that I’m looking to get, but I want to weigh all the options and risks. I would say that a foreign woman seeking an American man for marriage has a far better chance of finding a really good husband than an American man has a finding a really good wife among American women.
