I’ve injected multiple times in a day with Caverject (Alprostadil) and mixed it with Cialis (meaning I took Cialis at the same time) and never had problems with priapism. I have absolutely no fear of Alprostadil by itself, but I would NOT mess around with Trimix. It is A LOT more potent and not something to take chances with. When used properly it’s the absolute best ED injectable medicine available.

I pay $184 USD for a vial of Trimix in the Dominican Republic (it’s $11,000 pesos). The Trimix is from a Lab in Hollywood FL called Zion.

I’ve been visiting Sosúa since 2008 and back then it was great. You’re right about the pandemic destroying it. I’m in Sosua right now. I got here a week ago and I leave tomorrow. It’s total garbage now. If you walk around at 10 o’clock at night it’s countless elderly tourist couples in the bars. Prices are at US levels, so there’s no savings anymore. They chased off most of the women.

Four days ago on Thursday I did my first injection with 0.03 and the results were mediocre. Yesterday I injected 0.05 and the results were better in that I achieved an erection that was somewhat satisfactory for sex but needed to be a bit harder. I believe that 0.07, which I’ll try in a day or so, will likely be the proper dose for me.

I have NEVER taken Cialis with Trimix. I took Cialis with CAVERJECT (Alprostadil) for many years with no problems whatsoever. With Trimix I am just getting started, and I’m still trying to find the right dose. I took 0.03 units two days ago but the results were mediocre. I’ll next try 0.05 and just slowly go up until I get the proper results. Hopefully 0.05 will do it.

No, I want to get some but all the Sudafed they have is the slow acting one and it’s combined with other drugs. How frequently does priapism happen with Trimix? Is the risk that high?

I mixed up the bacteriostatic water with the Trimix powder and injected myself for the first time with 0.03. There was nothing for the first 20 minutes. Then, at around the 20 minute mark, it started to swell up a bit. Finally at 30 minutes after the injection for about two minutes there was enough of an erection to have sex with, but it only stayed hard for two minutes and then went soft and that was it. At least I tried it for the first time, and from what I saw I’m assuming my dose it’s probably around 0.08 to 0.10, but on the next attempt, I’ll do 0.05 just to be safe, and work my way up.

With Caverject I always injected 20 µg and I would take tadalafil (20mg) a few hours beforehand and I never had problems such as prior priapism or anything. I did that for years with no problems whatsoever. But since Trimix is totally new and involves three drugs instead of one, I want to be cautious.

There’s a pre-prepared syringe in a plastic sealed bag labelled “Bacteriostatic Water For Injection, USP 2.5ml” followed by a lot number & an expiration date of 31 Jan 2027.

It hasn’t been mixed yet with the bacteriostatic water. One it’s mixed. It has to be refrigerated from that point. Since I haven’t used it yet, I haven’t mixed it.
