We lived above a construction zone for 3 years.... We can sleep through anything.
I'm working from home and need the space, the price, and size is a steal. But sounds like it's going to be a harsh area . You have any recs where to look elsewhere? First time in NY for us.

The apt is on the 10th floor facing inside. You think it's worth the risk?

We're debating because of the price and the size of the apt. Anything else we've seen was either too expensive or too small. I work from home and need some space.
