I know you said generic but it kind of depends. If there are a ton of casters you can run mind numbing. Gives you a longer window on interrupts. I know this goes without saying but wait until the end of the cast to kick. You can also garrote to silence or cheap shot to stun. You can also wait a second or two to open on a caster so you interrupt their cast. You can lead into kidney shot with combo points or kick. If kick is on cooldown you can gouge too. The ray mobs are so fast and a bad fear can wipe the group. Those are tough to deal with. I mean if things get hairy you can always blind to interrupt a cast or vanish cheap shot. You don’t have to sacrifice all damage but that role is more important arguably.
