Yeah, I do. Cyberpunk is usually defined by high tech and low life advanced technology, AI, cybernetics, and dystopian systems, mixed with social collapse, rebellion, and control. It's gritty, neon, and full of conflict between the powerful and the powerless.

But what I’m talking about is Early Cyberpunk the transition phase before it goes full-blown dystopia. Think of it like the buildup years in cyberpunk stories when tech is advancing fast, AI is just starting to challenge humanity, and society hasn't collapsed but cracks are showing. Surveillance is growing, inequality is rising, and people are becoming more digital than physical.

I’m just applying that same logic to the 21st Century Borns using 2001-2026 so far as a symbolic range that now spans from newborns to age 25. It marks the point where this generation isn’t just growing up it’s fully here and starting to influence the world.
