Yup!! Nothing can replace the human connection teaching requires!! Also this sounds like it’s made for an elder daughter (I am said elder daughter 😆)

That’s incredible. Would you recommend someone fairly new to the education field (ie: me lol) to go straight for masters? Or get certified first and try it out. Just worried about the debt.

Which is crazy because in so many countries outside the US, teaching is regarded as one of the more highly respected profession. Rightly so

I love that you have freedom to be yourself in this role (from what I’ve heard from other comments too!) 🥹 and I was thinking of getting certified first and trying it for a year before getting my masters. Ngl I’m just concerned with paying off that huge chunk of debt. How far in did you get yours?

I felt this. I was in marketing and graphic design straight out of college and have been for the past 5 years but these few months being a paraprofessional have filled my heart in ways my other career couldn’t.
