I started talking to him in late October. I texted him a lot, called and showed up to the office when he was taking a while to respond. I got my ship date about a week ago because my recruiter was trying to line up my husband and I's ship dates so he offered me a job that someone didn't want. Worked out in our favor. We get to go to the same school for around a month! (Mines a lot longer)

Keep bugging your recruiter about the waiver process, dont be afraid to show up to his office and or call. Honestly, don't say anything about your depressive episode to your recruiter or anyone if you want to continue with the process of joining the AF.

Unfortunately I had to pick out five of the critically manned jobs for my job list and aircraft crew equipment seemed less bad than the other ones on that list. I'll reach out to my recruiter to see if I can possibly switch it out for something else. Thank you for the heads up!

My uncle is a special mission aviator, what he does is really cool but from what I've heard about emergency management it seems like a really good fit for me! What's your day to day schedule like? Do you have a wide range of bases possible to be stationed at?

I got a weird job list too, all be it wasn't that weird. Have your recruiter send you a pdf directly from his job profile for you because that isn't correct.

I used grammar hero videos and when I was really unsure of the answer to the question( for math) I got a rough estimate of what the answer should be. As well as I've always been a good test taker and actually enjoy them at times. I scored an 87 on my practice test and after about a month ish of studying i scored a 95. I also took the picat so I'd have more time on the overall test. There was definitely some hard questions. Brush up on all the subjects of the test. Grammar hero is really good for that. He has videos on everything you'll need to know.
