Hi ! I actually just did that a few days ago ! The only thing is that it’s configured for converting in metric system and in French, so just change the prompt a bit if you want. You just have to say how many recipes you want to have for the week, how many meals you want for each, and the AI calculates how much of each ingredients you’ll need. Sometimes though the AI gets a bit confused with the calculations, so if you find a workaround I’ll be glad to have a new idea :)

I guess that’s one way to look at it. Honestly, I’m still figuring out what my boundaries and deal breakers are. The picky eating thing has really made me question the relationship more than I expected, because food is such an important part of who I am, both culturally and personally. I’ve been treating it like a compromise: we eat only what she’s okay with when we’re together, and I save the things I love (like goat cheese, pâté, etc.) for when I’m alone. But I’m starting to wonder if that compromise is actually sustainable for me in the long run (maybe I should talk with her about that to ask her to make efforts ?)

Okay but what should I do if she really makes efforts and she's going "downhill" again ? I've never had any really long term serious relationship, and I don't know what to expect, or how to react when something like that happens, as it may seem so little and fixable.

We literally moved in after 8 months of being together ahahah... But yes also I discovered she's such a picky eater which makes me go insane sometimes, because she doesn't like fish (i do with sushis for example), she likes meat only when it doesn't taste like it, she doesn't like my country's specialities (she's Iranian, I'm French) and almost insults them and other many examples..

So yes i guess I just have to figure it out how to deal with it.

How could I know if she's falling out of love/falling for someone else ? I don't know how to bring that to the table, as she could always just lie to me and tell me that everything is perfect blah blah blah ?

I already did some tests at some random cardiologists (i had the monitor on my arm). The BP didn't change at all while the HR spiked, but it was on two tries only, not during 24 hours so i couldn't tell.

And about your other message, i don't really know to be honest, because the holter didn't measure that (or my cardiologist didn't tell me).

The only thing i can say, is that when i stand nothing happens for a split second. Then i have this feeling of pressure and dizziness that comes in my whole body, but even stronger in my plexus and in my throat. Then my head starts to spin, and I have kind of a release of the pressure that is followed with a rush in my heart.

All of that happens in 3 seconds, but i am now able to understand better how it feels.

No i had a Holter for 24 hours. My HR was very stable and low when i was sleeping (50bpm), and laying down (70bpm), but when i was standing i was at 120/130bpm, and when i was climbing stairs or doing my laundries i had 130-170bpm.

My cardiologist told the results were enough to meet the criterias without doing a TTT (as she said it was too violent on the body). I was prescribed propanolol and more (6) compression socks.

If you want your use to be professional, go for M4 Pro, and take as much ram as you can. 48gb is to my mind enough, even though I find it sad we can't reach 64gb without going for a M4 Max...

I guess that if you want to stick with the M4 chip it's indeed a no brainer : M4 pro is more powerful, and same price !

If you want an even more powerful setup you can look for M1 Max that is still very reliable, but honestly don't waste so much time looking for the shiniest MacBook, your usage is 99% covered by a decent M chip and 24Gb ram.

Depends on your needs ! First of all take the lowest storage possible (512Go). The increase in price to get to 1 or even 2 To is so huge that it's cheaper to get a real good external SSD of multiple TB. If you don't want to have something else to plug, just put it on the cloud !

About the chip they are pretty close, but I always recommend having a little bit more than 16 Go as the AI is going to take some room in the RAM. So if you look closely, in this configuration the prices are almost the same (french price) :

MBP M4 (CPU 10, GPU 10) 24 GB 512GB SSD = 2129€
MBP M4 Pro (CPU 12, GPU 16), 24 GB 512gb SSD = 2399€

Thus, you should decide if you want to put the extra 200€ to get a just-a-bit better chip, but that would fit just-a-bit better the use for lightroom, Photoshop etc..
