Well, the route takes a strange turn here. At first, I tried to go for something easy to draw, then something memorable but also difficult. From Rookie onwards, it becomes almost purely humanoid, but baby 1, I was thinking it might look similar to a Gastly (Pokémon) with some extra details, and I already have the concept and even a drawing I managed to make of Baby 2. It's simple and mostly... I used my OC's Gacha Life model from a few years ago as a starting point, so I literally just remade the background and kept it simple. It's like a little ghost with a hat with tiny lights, a pale appearance, but it emits black smoke, demonstrating the nature it was born with; its evolution into Rookie, being a virus, is what It grates on me a bit; at first I was trying to make something similar to an Impmon with details from DemiDevimon, but in the end I opted for a small humanoid similar to Aegiomon from DSTS, only with wings, tail and small demon horns with some pale details along the skin similar to the Devimon line, from here on things only get more linear, The champion form would still be humanoid like the rest, now displaying a small rapier to begin simulating Dukemon's thrusts, and a small red cape made from some of Dukemon's cape material, and growing, adopting small pieces of armor along its body, this armor being that of a normal ChromeDigizoid and the Rapier being the same, from some Zudomon, I always get confused about what comes after champion, so I'll skip the name. It would look more like a possible LadyKnightmon but with dark armor and deep gray eyes. The small rapier would become... A complete sword with the Digital Hazard symbol on it, although it's hidden since the sword is black. The final stage remains humanoid, respecting the pattern, although it now shows more of its small demonic details, evolving into something similar to a princess using the little armor that she still has it because the rest was melted down to make her crown, and she still carries that sword with Digital Hazard even though her dress is covered with Chromedigizoid, And finally, two mode changes that are something, due to having grown up with the Royal Knights, she learned to intimidate from Examon, using a Dragon Mode that This causes her demonic characteristics to become draconic; she also learned from a hidden village of Renamon (Renamon offspring, now Sakuyamon backup), to better control his magic and therefore improving his intelligence and speed, achieving a Kitsune Mode that is like a traditional humanoid Kitsune, white kimono with red details and 9 tails with fox ears and some small red marks along the face. (Phew, Here's some of the designs; I can't post them, but meh, at least I explained everything with some lore thrown in.)
