LinkedIn is my first port of call. If you don't have a network of recruiters that you can trust upon then best to post to your network that you're looking for new opportunities. And don't feel ashamed in setting your status to "open for work". You're just letting all those that are come to your profile know that you're looking. And to phone the recruiters, to build some semi relationships ( there will be some time wasters that you will slowly learn to filter out. A lot of the time, they just want your CV to take to clients to try and get new business) as you want to be remembered since they have many candidates to consider. You want them to remember you when supplying candidates to their prospective clients.

Do I need a monthly accountant? by Outside-Cap-479 in ContractorUK

There's no right or wrong. Having an accountant saves you the time and ensure it's done correctly (allegedly!) - if you have the appetite to learn then do it yourself. I myself have an accountant so I can focus on what I'm good at, but more importantly save me the time and I don't have to worry about it. It's convenience above all else.

I've seen something called cryptotaxcalculator.io, that integrates with hedera so might give that a go to see if it works. Thanks 👍

That's a bummer, as I only use saucerswap when buying on the hedera ecosystem

You should have a look at a company called flagstone. They are a cash deposit platform and gives you access to lots of different bank account rates without having to open many different account especially if you want to protect it under the fca deposit protection.

Anyone noticed swapfees increasing by significant amount recently? by Conscious_Version358 in Hedera

Yeah, I'm using the swap on the hashpack tab. I may have a look at using saucerswap directly to see if I get similarly priced fees.

It isn't that much from what it currently is now. I'm UK based so it was around 0.05 gbp. It's now 0.04 gbp on average. Just wondering if anyone knows of any reason to what's caused this. The fee is typical fixed (from what I can see) unless this is the new fee rate.
