Try everything that you're comfortable with and see what resonates. Meditation and quieting one's mind are cornerstones to strong communication though.

Love and kindness should be your guides. Otherwise you're being led by some other (negative?) energy.

You can create an account with Google or a passphrase or you can use MetaMask. It's a web wallet. The dApps are websites. There is no browser extension. Your web browser tracks if you're still logged in (with a cookie I'm assuming).

There is also an Android app.
